Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable! To ensure we can provide the best service to all our clients, we have established the following policies regarding cancellations and no-shows:
- Last-Minute Cancellations: If you need to cancel less than 8 hours before your appointment, I’ll have to consider it a last-minute cancellation, which means your deposit will be lost. I know, bummer, right? But it helps me keep everything running smoothly for my amazing clients!
- Running Late? If you think you’ll be more than 5 minutes late, just give me a quick call or text! My number’s in your confirmation email, and I’m always here to help out when I can.
- 5-Minute Rule: If you can’t make it in within 5 minutes of your scheduled time, we might need to reschedule, and there’s a chance of losing your deposit.
- No Communication = No Show: If I don’t hear from you after 7 minutes, I’ll have to mark it as a no-show, which means I’ll cancel your appointment. Your card on file will be charged for the remaining balance, and we might have to hit pause on future bookings.
